Warrior Women Class Schedule

January/February 2026

The January/February session will run for four weeks and consists of two classes per week. This session will run the weeks of 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, and 2/9.

Classes will be available to all levels, from beginner to advanced, to accommodate busy schedules and lives. If you are new to the program and have a health condition or mobility restriction that requires significant one-on-one assistance, I recommend starting with a couple of personal training sessions during which we can figure out how to make the program work for you.

Please understand that when you sign up for a session, you purchase a space in the session. The class spaces are limited, and we have had a waitlist for all of the past sessions. The classes cannot be prorated, and once the session has started, refunds are not available except in extreme situations or unless the space that you purchased can be filled. If you need to miss a class, it is possible but not guaranteed that you could attend another class scheduled for that week. Please check with me first.
