Warrior Women Class Schedule

December 2024

The December Warrior Women Weightlifting program is a 3-week weightlifting session consisting of 2 classes per week to keep you on track with self care during the holidays. The December session will meet during the weeks of 12/2, 12/9, and 12/16. Click here to register for a class. The fee for a class is $156.

Senior Warrior class

Beginner Warriors

This class is for participants who are brand new to weight training, those who have done some weight training but are not sure how to progress a program, or anyone who does not feel confident working with weights.

Class Times: Monday/Wednesday 9 – 10 am

Intermediate/Advanced Warriors

Intermediate/Advanced Warriors

This class is for participants who have done weight training in classes or independently, who feel comfortable with weights, and who would like to progress their program with advanced and functional weightlifting moves.

Class Times: Tuesday/Thursday 9-10 am or Tuesday/Thursday 4-5 pm

Transform Your Bone Density class

Transform Your Bone Density class

For women who have had a DXA scan showing osteopenia or osteoporosis, in which we will take a careful approach to weightlifting which respects bone density precautions.

Class Times: Monday/Wednesday 10:30 -11:30 am

Beginner Warriors

Senior Warrior class

For women ages 70 and over who are managing chronic issues affecting mobility, including but not limited to osteoarthritis, who would like a slightly modified approach to weightlifting.

Class Times: Monday/Wednesday 12-1 pm

Warrior Alumni open gym time

Warrior Alumni Open Gym Time

Available to Warrior Women class alumni only. This is a drop-in option once per week during which you can either do the Workout Of the Day (WOD) or work independently on specific lifts with a coach nearby to help or spot you if needed. Sign-up and payment are required 24 hours or more in advance. I require a minimum of four committed participants 24 hours in advance, or I will have to cancel the open gym time.

Open Gym Time: Thursdays 10:15-11:15 am, drop-in fee $26.
