Warrior Women Weightlifting is a new program at Points North Sports & Regenerative PT that began in April 2024. Kathleen is a registered master athlete and coach with USA Weightlifting and a weightlifter since age 16, and loves sharing this sport with other women.

The program consists of 4-week sessions of two-hour-long, small group classes per week.  Participants will lift heavy weights safely and effectively, with emphasis on proper breathing, form, control, and safety while building strength, muscle mass, and bone density over the four weeks. Participants will receive a copy of the workout in each class and will learn how to take charge of progressing their own weightlifting program. A weekly drop-in time also is offered to Warrior Women class alumni.
